Ok so I just bought a rosewill Thor v2 case its really big has what seems is excellent air flow with 3 230mm fans and 1 140mm is this going to be enough with the factory heatsink? If not what heatsink should I get, I'm not really planning on overclocking but its a possibility, also I'm not a big fan of water cooling so whatever a good aftermarket fan heatsink would be good to know I have the Asus m5a97 r2 mobo if that's relevant

On stock speeds, the CPU won't overheat with good airflow (as in your case). For OCing however, the stock cooler is too weak, a CM Hyper EVO 212 for $30 will allow substancial OCing.

You'll be absolutely fine with that airflow and heatsink if you're not overclocking :)
