Hello, GTX 900 series has launched, and is seriously better than any AMD card in the market. GTX 970 or 980 SLI will smoke 290 CFX or 290X CFX resp. And guess what, they're 150W and 170W TDP cards with a price tag of $320 and $550 each!

They also run VERY cool and so don't require water cooling, MSI 970 4G SLI will better any AMD CFX in the market value/money and benefits wise.

thank you again meteor, this now leaves me just 1 question open and thats about monitors for multi screen play in high resolutions.
what should i go for, what kind of monitors? i know they have to have low responce time.
my current vid card is good but if i change card into GTX 980 in SLI then my options for choosing monitors could be diffrent.
looking forward on your opinion.

I'd go for higher frame refreshes (60Hz or higher) and low response time (anything under 5ms), tri monitor display would be immersive and great for gaming. Three of these would connect with ease to your card (via DVI or HDMI) and will be fine for the price:

Monitor: Acer G246HLAbd 60Hz 24.0" Monitor ($137.80 @ TigerDirect)
