Yes. It simply means that the card takes up 2 expansion openings. But only one PCIe X16 slot

It will fit the slot, yes. But I can't guarantee operational success with an HP computer. HP has been know to 'lock' their BIOS so only certain cards can be used. Check around the HP forum to see if anybody has had success.

Yes, it's compatible, but if it's a dual-width card, the top PCI-Ex1 slot will be covered by the cooling shroud of the graphics card and unavailable.

Edit: Take clutchc's answer into account. Just because a card is physically compatible, does not necessarily mean it will work with all proprietary motherboards (off-the-shelf systems).

I am currently having an ASUS Geforce 210 . I wanted to upgrade my GPU so that i can play directx 11 games at minimum settings. The Geforce 210 is working properly . I have used it for nearly 10 months without any problem.It didn't came with the pc. I bought it last year only.

At this point, if you know anyone who has a graphics card that you can try in your system, do that. Otherwise, the only recommendation we can give is to try it. If it works, great! If not, return the card and get most (if not all) of your money back.

I have no idea what Amazon India's return policy is. I have no idea what percentage chance there is the card will work. This is information you can easily research for yourself by looking up Amazon.in's return policy and reviewing the HP forum as clutchc recommends.
