I have a foxconn h61mxe-v motherboard, Its a new motherboard that I purchased it last year and I haven't use it, I put it in case and I in stall Graphic card but when I power it, it just roll the fan and not start. the monitor is blank. I try to remove the graphic card but still the same. it never worked and now I m confused. I try to change the memory but still the same. I m using core i3 processor.
