Building a secondary computer.

I will be upgrading my primary PC, and using the following parts as recycle for the streaming PC :
- Thermaltake 750w 80+ GOLD PSU
- 1 stick 4GB ddr3-1833 (adding 12 GB more for 16 total)
- Corsair H80i CPU Watercooler

I've picked out these other parts to complete the build

Computer's purpose will be:

Steaming/Capture Computer
Home Server
Media PC (will be networked with TV's around the house)

I know little about streaming/capture, so I need recommendations on capture cards. I play @ 2540x1440 @ 144hz (ASUS ROG PG278Q). I would like to record @ 1440 @ 144hz. From my brief google-based education on capture cards, the highest specs it seems I can record @ are 720/60fps or 1080/30 fps. Also I understand streaming 1080/60 can lose viewers due to internet speeds, so max stream settings would be 1080/30fps or 720/60 fps, but do I have recording options for higher than 1080/60 fps?

Thanks for input
