Hi , I have a Toshiba Satellite model Laptop! Which i have from 4 years. Since yesterday , I have No Internet Access , I called my ISP he checked it and said its not his service its your Laptop. Re-install your OS (Windows7) So well i was a little upset , i checked the Device Manager and found my Network Controller missing! With browsers like Chrome , it shows Internet not connected/webpage not available/you're not connected but with InterNET Explorer i am able to use Internet , same problem with Mozilla , cant browse. I tried to download things with IE and said no Internet access , i dont know how its running IE anyways on my internet when it says No internet on every other issue. So how do i fix this? My internet is working from my ISP's side! And even pinging! But i cant browse/download/use internet/login to Softwares like Steam etc (says No internet detected) , Is it my Laptop blocking my Internet? Is it the Network Controller? Please help me? And back me up , I'm so upset. I dont know how to reinstall Windows. I'm new at this!

tried simple Safe Boot and there was no internet at all with a red cross there and when i tried with networking , no internet access icon. But was working on IE just like in a normal window. Other browsers/softwares/services cant detect my internet except IE and IE is sick. :/
