Due to budget constraints, I am currently thinking of trying to maximize the performance of my existing Motherboard, Abit I45D with LGA 775 Socket. I'm currently thinking to replace my GPU and CPU for the purpose of light gaming ( Playing older games, titles from 2013 and backwards) and just so that my Computer can run my OS ( Windows 7 Ultimate) without much hassle.

Currently, here are my parts:

Motherboard: Abit I45D
GPU: Radeon HD 4650
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66 Ghz
Memory: 2GB RAM DDR2
Power Supply: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 460W

I think i have around 150 $ budget to replace my GPU and CPU, can anyone kindly advise me on the best possible options for them with all the other remaining parts ( including the Power Supply) remaining as it is?
