14A single rail is not enough, is there only one +12 rail?

Yeah there is only one +12 rail. I have another 450 watt PSU. It has 19A on +12 rail. But it's also a single +12 rail.

do not even think about it, a 14A x 12V = 168w. get a corsair CX series powersupply at the minimum.

So, I should replace my PSU with a new one. How will this work. "Cooler Master Thunder 450W PSU". Will it be ok ?

Get a Seasonic ECO 400/500 if you have one available to order. Or an Antec VP450P.

I live in India. Seasonic and Antec product can be delivered through online. These are available in our location. But how will the Zebronics (ZEB-700W) work ? These also have decent amperage on +12V rails. It has 35A on +12V rails. Link - http://zebronics.com/products/platinum-series/zeb-700w

Not for the Zebronics. Antec VP450 would be a good choice.

I am going with this . Cooler Master Thunder 500W 500 Watts PSU. I forgot to mention that I also have to upgrade my CPU cooler to an aftermarket one. Deepcool or Cooler Master aftermarket coolers will be the best I guess. If Antec VP450 can handle it. Then I will go with your words.

A 700watt PSU should have around 50 amps on the +12 volts not 35 which reflects on the quality of it. This will do the job nicely http://www.flipkart.com/antec-vp450p-450-watts-psu/p/it...

Ok then. I am gonna go with the certified product. Antec will be the choice for now. If I plan to upgrade it later, then I'll go with some more budget. One more question. Can "Antec VP450P I 450 Watts PSU" will be able to handle aftermarket CPU coolers at the same time ?

CPU fans consume a negligible amount of power, less than a sixth of an ampere of current; or around 2 W at +12V.
You should be able to fit a cooler so long as your case has enough clearance. I think the CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 Evo should do good in this regard; it's a small and good cooler.
