Hello! How are you all?

I've recently (alright, yesterday) just built my first system, and oh boy do I love it. I use AMD Cata Control Center, and I adjust my fan speeds manually so that I can control all the overdrive and such. That leads me to one question. Are there any applications that you can click in the notification bar to simply open a slider for all of my fans so that I don't have to keep going into the control center?
If you are wondering, I have the R9 270x 4GB.

Thanks!
Landon

I am not sure if Speedfan has something like that, but that could be a viable option. I hope that helps.

Arrrrg. That does everything but the GPU Fans. Close, but no cigar I guess they always say. :)

Sorry, But when you said all of your fans at first I thought that you meant system fans. What manufacturer makes your GPU? Every manufacturer usually seems to make their own utility these days for managing overclocking and fan speed of the GPU. If not, You could always try Furmark.

Oh, I apologize for the confusion. Gigabyte. I should probably reexplain myself. I basically am wanting a little something in the taskbar that when you click it, opens with a little live realtime slider so that you can adjust the fans in the gpu, and the fans only. I am not wanting a full out program like Furmark, Catalyst, or Speedfan. Just something that can adjust the basics so that I can do it with ease of access.

Again, sorry!
Landon

MSI Afterburner will let you create a custom fan profile for GPUs (regardless if it is an MSI card or not)

Also lets you overclock the video card, but you don't have to.

It tells me the side by side configuration is incorrect when I try to open the program. Probably doesn't like my card. Lol

I should probably point out that I don't like going into the program every time, clicking on the subsections; I just want a little slider to adjust by clicking on an icon in the taskbar.

Side by Side error means you have an error in either .NET Framework or are having some conflicts with your C++ redistributables from my experience anyway.

I would uninstall all of the C++ Redistributables you have and download the latest of each version from Microsoft. A bit annoying to do, but you can re-install .NET Framework from Add or Remove Windows Features.

sfc /scannow from a command prompt might give you more details.
