both have almost same price bohot have almost same core clock and but Asus out runs GTX 750 in few things where it dose not support PhyX ....but Mental is there .... i'm seriously confused to select one ... one is Nvidia and other is an ASUS build ....help needed with logical answers not Ebay or newegg links.
Thanks in advance for not giving me anyother option if you know these too plz help. don't go off topic

GTX 750 is not that fast and i don't need Phyx for games but mental is a important tech mate. one for thing ASUS GPU have many techs which are not available in Inno 3D one
