My bios has had a problem as lately. It has loot like the letters are somewhat crypt-ed or disoriented looking at the ASUS splash screen or if I go into my BIOS. Sometimes if I restart and go back in they are find. I have switched the monitor and the video cards and it has done the same. Anywhere else I am missing?

Have you tried a different gfx card or the on-board video?

Try resetting the BIOS by turning off/unplugging the PSU, removing the CMOS battery, and using the CLR CMOS jumper*. Put the jumper and battery back, plug in the PSU... start the system. You will have to reset time, date, boot order, and any other parameters you changed. If the issue is still present, see if the system will let you re-flash the BIOS. If still no joy, you better contact Asus for an RMA request.

* I'm assuming your board has that jumper. Most do. If not, you may only be able to do the reset from within BIOS. But it won't be as thorough.
