I wanted to know if everything in this pcpartpicker list is a good choice, and if I should go ahead and buy it right now. I went for a Blue/Black color scheme, and really enjoy my personal choices. Just wanted to know if there was any parts that could be downgraded in terms of price for similar performance. Thanks in advance. (PC mostly for Gaming and Streaming)

I have no recommendations other than to make sure the case supports 3 additional 120mm fans.

Instead of a $70 case and 3 fans, just get a $100 case eg HAF XM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Get the MSI GTX970 -evga have had problems - http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/09/19/nv...

Why 16gb ram. For gaming 2 x 4gb 1866 cl9 1.5v would be best.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx9704gd5t... This one look good? And is there a red under glow on that case? Also, is the 16 GB not more future proof? Will it not improve my PC's performance?

No, the MSI is not better. Many people complained about coil whine with the MSI cards. Get the ASUS STRIX or EVGA ACX 2.0 instead.

That's what I was originally wanting, so that's good. What is the difference between the non-superclocked and superclocked? They are practically the same price?!

This is what I'd change to:
CPU: i5 4690k processor $219 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54690k
MOBO: ASRock Z97 Extreme 3 $119.99 I didn't really look too much into this one, but ASRock is known for putting out good cost to performance products http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97extr...
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws X 1600 RAM 8GB(2x4GB) $82 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl7d8...
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB $109.99 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-driv...

The 4690k is Tom's top pick for ~$200 gaming processor, and the choice for many gamers. There's no need for more than 8GB of RAM for a gaming non video editing etc. computer. Believe me I just built a near $2k rig for gaming and after researching decided there was no need at all for me to have more than 8GB of RAM in it. It'll save you a bunch too. The money saved on the RAM can go towards the larger Crucial SSD. Personally I think any SSD under 240-256GB is just too small and for the small price increase it's worth it. You'll also want to change out the motherboard for a Z97, which will take advantage of the 4690k's overclocking ability. I assume you want to overclock by the cooler you want.

The link I posted shows MSI is best.

Too bad, EVGA seemed to be most common for the 700 series. Hopefully they will sort out these coil issues and start producing ones with the fix in them. As for now I would probably go MSI for personal preference, or Asus considering they are a solid company.

I do want to be able to stream, and I've heard that that particular Xeon has hyperthreading and is equivalent to an i7 4770K with no iGpu. So is the 4690K a more viable pick for streaming as well?

EVERYONE PLEASE REMEMBER, I went for a Blue/Black color scheme, so I would like a windowed case + Blue LED. I know it's a little picky, but I am matching it with the rest of my setup as well.

I suppose that you can go with a GPU which, based on reviews, have proven to be the best quality. Also, this CPU will go a long way in heavy gaming and streaming. And it's currently on sale. :)

No need for a Xeon or 16GB RAM for gaming, and if you want to do a black / blue color scheme right, here's what I would suggest:
