Do I take the little foam thing off of this motherboard?

on my new Z97X-UD3H motherboard there is a foam little sticky thing that outlines the I/O Should and im not sure if I should remove it.

It is meant to be on there. For the best air seal, leave it there. Your fans will work better if the case has a little negative pressure, which will not occur if there are lots of openings/fans.

Either way no biggie.
