New build and just looking at the BIOS settings before installing win-7 and noticed default Boot Mode is set to Legacy+UEFI.

Should I change it to just UEFI or how does that work?

Solution
You don't have to change BIOS since it works properly.
If your BIOS is set to Legacy+UEFI don't change it, UEFI allows you to use mouse in BIOS and it's way easier to understand what you're doing.

I have dual bios too, there is a cursor but i can't move it.I saw and option for that which says that it only supports ps/2 mice and i have heard that legacy supports ps/2 devices. Does that mean I am in legacy mode?

If you can't move mouse cursor that means you're in legacy mode, only UEFI mode supports mouse.
Legacy mode looks like this -> http://www.top-password.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/thinkpad-uefi.jpg
