So my Current PC build is failing to start up properly It will begin to boot and load windows properly and then will suddenly power off, I've ruled out the PSU, GPU and ram removed and reseated all of them removed the cooler and reapplied proper thermal paste in the event that the failure lie there, I checked all connections. I'm not sure what's wrong, the only thing i'm unsure about is that the cooler (corsair h80i) is slowly pulsing red, but the fans attached to the unit are operational and the pump doesn't seem to be making any bizarre noises (I can't hear it over the fans) any thoughts?

SPECS:
windows 8.1 premium
evga 2 gb gtx 750ti FTW
Corsair vengance ram DDR3 2133mhz 8gb (2X4)
asus m5a99X evo2.0 motherboard
corsair h80i hydro cooler
corsair RM750 750W power supply
AMD FX-6350 3.9 hex core

More about : shut failure

the cooler may have lost the sealed water or has an issue. may have to try the stock old cooler and see if the system stays on or boot into the bios and see if the cpu temp is going into the red zone and the mb shutting the system off to save the cpu.

This is irrelevant but I never heard of Windows 8.1 premium. There is only 8.1 and 8.1 pro.

the temp was climbing quite rapidly in bios so this is likely the case, the water is still within the radiatitor but it is possible the fan has failed, I'll RMA the unit with corsair.
