I just got this game and I tried putting it to higher settings as I thought my card could handle it but I get about 20fps max so I lowered them a bit and probably get 30fps if I'm lucky. I have the latest amd drivers(14.9) as well. Here my exact specs and in-game settings:

RAM: 8GB
No SDD

Resolution: 1920x1080
V-Sync: Disabled
VT Cache: High
Vt Compress: Enabled
Max PPF: 16
Shadow Res: 2048
Depth of Field: High
Screen-Space Relections: disabled
Additional Quality Settings: High
Haze Flare: Enabled
I have read similar issues but I still haven't gotten it to work so I hope I can get some personal help. Thanks in advance!
