i have a msi z87-gd65 with i5 4430 will 16gb (2x8gb) 2400mhz work with it

will Team Xtreem 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model TXWD316G2400HC10QDC01 work in the z87-gd65 with intel i5 4430 3 GHZ. 6MB CACHE LGA1150 with out having to "OVERCLOCK"? and with out extra fans or cooling units?

JUST BOUT THE RAM FOR $144.99 HOPING IT WILL WORK

Yes. I own a similar mobo and CPU. You might need to enable XMP but I think 2400 is enabled by default.

You need to do some research. No overclocking needed. Nothing will overheat.
