my windows was updating saying Installing Updates Please don't turn off the Computer suddenly the electricity was cut off and the computer unexpectedly shut down. When I open my computer its always goes to system recovery options even if I start it normally. I tried using the startup repair and system restore but it ends up saying The instructions at 0x000000 reference memory at 0x000000. The memory can't be read. How can I fix this?
