-With only 1 GFX card X99 isn't doing anything for you

-The H100i is a terrible noisemaker and gets beaten by air coolers.

-780 Ti is last year's winner

-Corsair RM has bad caps

Add in the Swiftech H240-X for $150 and I broke ya budget by $13.70 but that includes shipping

The why's....

-MoBo / CPUU - X99 makes sense with 3 GFX cards or more. The MoBo here has a water cooling block which ya can add to the Swiftech H240-X loop

-The H100i comes close to hitting 70 dbA, my vacuum cleaner is quieter than that. The Swiftech H220-X kicks its tail thermally while being 1/6 as loud and the H240-X is quieter and cools better. You can also "open the loop" and connect it to the Motherboard water block.

-2133 CAS 9 is about as fast as 2400 CAS 10 and right now significantly cheaper.....Plus they're Mushkins w/ Hynix modules which means ya have good shot at overclocking them to 2400 tho I wouldn't bother.

-Ya had an SSD but that don't help your games load any faster when they sitting on the HD. SSHD changes all that.

-The 970 is just about as fast as the 780 Ti but with lower power and costs, now ya have two of them.

-Attractive, better reviewed and more features in the Phanteks case.... built in fan control, built in RGB LED color changing system with controller, set up for water cooling.

-Power Supply - 10 year warranty, great price, great performance and great build quality.

-Ya had the budget so went all out and got you the best gaming monitor that has ever been made.

Solution
For water cooling builds I like to buy the case first and take measurements to make sure everything fits, the electronics stuff I like to buy all at once as if something don't work, you have 30 days to return it......so if ya can't complete ya build within 30 days of the purchase of some of your items, you are left dealing with warranty thru manufacturer instead of the supplier.
