If you don't know the specs for the RAM, how do you know they will work on your proposed motherboard?

Sorry misread your question. That CPU is really low-end are you bottlenecking on the CPU?

bottlenecking means that one part of your computer is too slow to take advantage of the speed in another part of your computer so your overall experience is slow.

You have a strange mixture of computer parts. When you say that you get 20-30 fps, what kind of graphics setting are you playing on and at what resolution?

This is on the lowest setting you think the bottleneck could be outdated RAM?
