Ok I've literally tried everything to get this to stop happening hopefully one of you guys can help me out on this one.
I play a game and my FPS is 50-60 I'm keeping a close eye on the fps it never drops its smooth but my character and stuff inside the game stutter like physical stuttering?
Could this be display stutter? or what? someone help me please! Is my graphics card dying? CPU Dying?

GTX 770 2GB OC
850 Corsair PSU
500GB WD 7200RPM HDD
8GB RAM
