I am building a new gaming/streaming pc in the next couple days. I plan on ordering from Newegg, so the prices I will post might differ. But anyways, ordering from Newegg, the price will be about $825. I am already set on the cpu and gpu. But if anyone can recommend any different parts that might be better, or can even lower my budget, I would appreciate it a lot. Here is my current build (or the closest parts I could find):

Everything looks pretty good except that if you can afford a better SSD I would recommend it. The Samsung 840 EVO or PRO and the Intel 530 series are good. The Kingston SSDnow series is an underperformer.

Can you link one from Newegg for a decent price compared to the one I have selected?

Did you have a link to a better SSD for around the same price?

Revised build. Better component choices. Your build 756.00. My build 758.00. Advantage, about 15% or more performance increase on some tasks and thanks to capt_taco recommendation on the GPU, maybe a slight improvement in gaming.

Is G.Skill ram better than Corsair?

It depends on the particular model. G.Skill, Corsair, Mushkin, Crucial (Micron), Kingston, Samsung and OCZ are all pretty much known and at least mostly trusted brands that make both good and eh, so so, memory modules. It just depends on your motherboard specifications and how much you want to pay.

They both had a CAS latency of 9 which was less than most the other similar options (Which is generally better) and they're both DDR3 1866Mhz @ 1.5v so there's not much difference between them other than the cost. G.Skill has been making memory since 1989, Corsair has been in the game since 1994. Both are ok.

And actually, although the XFX has a lower clock speed than the Sapphire, and I really do like Sapphire better in general when it comes to GPUs, the extra 1GB of GDDR5 will probably be very helpful in the long run. Plus, you can probably OC that card at or near the speed of the 270x anyhow without too much trouble and further increase it's performance.
