I bought a prebuilt system,

Inside the computer I hear a 'tink'ing noise which I found to be a small black screw that is used in both the case and the motherboard freely rolling around at the bottom of the case.

Firstly, should i be worried?

My main worry is that I installed the GPU myself but when taking it off the PCIe slot to take off some tape, I yanked it really hard without unlatching the mobo latch and from what I saw It elastically flexed even though it is screwed in, in 9 placed around the board.

Secondly, could this have damaged my mobo?

Lastly, the screw in the middle of the mobo seems odd, as in it has no screw head. Is this normal?

Looks like they missed putting in one of the standoff screws. Get them to fit the screw and check the PC over.

They said the build was sound and it it could be from the case manufacture?

Tell them to check it or give you your money back.

Honestly though does one screw really matter? The store is interstate so it will be rather costly and time consuming.

The computer runs fine no problems though.

BTW M/B is the ASROCK Fatal1ty Z97X Killer.

What else have they missed?

Put the screw back and see if anything else is a problem then.
