I'm looking for a device that will take an HDMI input and have an HDMI output as well as a CAT6 HDMI extender output.

I have a computer in my office that I have hooked up to an LED TV and I would like to be able to use my computer in my bedroom. I am looking for a cheap way to split the HDMI coming from my computer so I can have one HDMI port for my desktop and an HDMI extender to run a CAT6 cable to my other TV when I would need a CAT6 to HDMI converter. Does anyone know of a cheap device that could do this? I ended up finding a decently cheap way to split, and extend the hdmi signal:
