AMD A10-5800K Trinity Quad-Core 3.8GHz + MSI R9 270X GAMING 2G Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Someone told me ill get bottlenecking if I use AMD A6-5400K Trinity Dual-Core 3.6GH.

No, if you over clock it then no. But if you don't then you may experience some light bottleneck

That dual core should not be paired with a mid level gpu. Yes, you will see a lot of bottleneck from that Trinity. it may have high stock clock speeds, but tbh, If you are looking for a Dual core CPU then intel is better.

I assume that you already have this processer? It will bottleneck. The a10 will not
