My friend is building a computer and he wants to know what PSU he should get
Specs:

Intel Core i7-4790K

Corsair H100i
Asus Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac)

G.Skill 16GB
Samsung 120GB SSD
Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM
EVGA GeForce GTX 980

Thermaltake Core V71
Samsung SH-224DB/RSBS
Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)
BenQ XL2411Z 24.0"
Corsair Vengeance K70

He is also doing a custom GPU cooling as well.. and he will later go sli with the 980 aswell and will overclock.

Well built 750 is enough for this. This one I suggested is Gold one so it's pure 750W of power. 900-series are power efficient cards. AMD-ones would need much more (~850) for CrossfireX.
