Here is the build:

I haven't done a build in about a decade, but everything appears to be in order. The ram is in 2, 4 position. I've tried just one video card and still no output. I've tried both the DVI output on it and the HDMI out. Still 'no signal'. I've made sure the connections are seated. The motherboard doesn't have a video out so I can't test that way. All the fans, GPU fans, motherboard lights, etc. all work. CPU heats up, GPU heats up, RAM stays cool to the touch. I can't figure this out. Is there some connection I missed? I actually found I had wired the LED for the hd indicator backwards so that works now. Any help would be appreciated.

After trying a bunch of different things, I settled on the memory (again). I guess one of them just wasn't making good enough contact.
