Will this PSU and GPU work with my pre-built Acer?

I'd *really* appreciate input about the compatibility of these specific units with my current PC

That PSU is solid and have enough power to hold 3 of those cards (overkill for this GPU, but you could upgrade it in the future). You're okay here.
