My external hard drive is not working to any computer. When i plug it in laptop or desktop...you'll see in the task bar it's there, however,when you go to My Computer, seems it was not recognized. There's is no even open option when you click it. All files I stored there are very important. Please help, what should I do to restore it and make it work again? Thank you!
