Please suggest which will be the best mobo for 2-way sli,high overclocking,and gaming performance ....asus z97 A or asus z97 vii maximus ranger for my config-gpu- asus strix gtx 970,cpu- i5 4670k,ram-g skill sniper 2*4gb.

I'd grab the Z97 A since its nearly 60 bucks cheaper. You're gonna hit the limits of the chip before you hit the limits of that board.
