Money not being an issue, is there any benefits to buying both the Razer Blackwidow Elite Keyboard and the Razer Tartarus Keypad. They will be used with the 2014 Naga mouse so i wont exactly be short for keybinds.
Any point in buying a Keypad for gaming with a keyboard for... gaming? Or is it just a waste of money?
Love the idea of the keypad and the individual advantage of it but cant help thinking in practice it might be a waste of money in conjunction with the keyboard.

Hi there,

Yeah actually to be honest I think it would be a waste of money. :)

Don't get me wrong keypads are great. I'm using a belkin n52te since 2009 and it is one of the best peripherals I ever bought.
I'm mainly an FPS gamer so it has enough keys for me, but the tartarus has an extra row so that won't be a problem anyways.
I suggest you save the money by not buying a keyboard now, or just buy a decent one. I actually bought a lycosa just because of it's backlighting back in the day, it was a new feature back then :) And I'm really happy with it.
