I have been using my computer for quite some time, and very often when running: mozilla firefox, planetside 2, titans quest, path of exile, minecraft, after effects, and just about any program in general the program will crash. Also quite often (as much as twice a day) the computer will blue screen. Also it used to periodically have the image freeze on the screen(and not being able to be used without restarting the computer), but that seems to have went away when I replaced my graphics card, sadly the replacement didn't help with anything else. I thought this was a memory error as it has had codes such as 0xc0000005 in event viewer, and bad pool header on the blue screen, but windows memory diagnostic came up clean from what I can tell. I am going to try taking a memory stick out one by one, but I can't imagine that would be the problem if the memory diagnostic came up clean. Any help would be appreciated.
