Already this has been chosen as the best solution but zeyuanfu still if u have not purchased the parts and since u have the budget then I would recommend some changes:
CPU:Intel Haswell-E i7-5960x 8 core 3ghz
Memory:32gb(4x8gb) ddr4 2800 or higher, look for 32gb more than the speed, since 2666 will also be enough.
Storage: Samsung 850 pro 512gb SSD
Video Card: Instead of Quadro6000 go for Quadro K6000 12GB GDDR5
Again I mention its not that above system is not good but since you have the budget you can make a killer machine.
Enjoy with the system let us know with its performance especially about some big time consuming renders. ;)

It might seem cheap to you as you have a budget of 6000$, but you don't need to spend all of it to get a killer machine.
It should be able to run multi-monitor as the GPU has several video-outs.

Monitor budget?

There is a 10-core CPU available for 100$ more than that.
I WOULD have gotten one with more VRAM, but it wasn't available on PCPartPicker.

Oh sorry for interchanging the names in my previous post.:)
xeons comparable to 5960x are too pricey about atleast twice the price with almost same performance. If you go for xeons with more core &/or more cahe &/or higher base frequency then it will improve your performance although this will be negligible until you do very heavy tasks. Also you can overclock 5960x easily as compared to xeons which are usually not meant for overclocking. With overclock again not to mention performance increases. So for me a 5960x would be the choice. Again but its your choice.

That's why I said in my previous post:
" If you go for xeons with more core &/or more cache &/or higher base frequency then it will improve your performance although this will be negligible until you do very heavy tasks."
If you do heavy editing, rendering then the spend money will show otherwise for normal usage there won't be any great difference.

Xeon E5 2650 v3 has frequency of 2.3Ghz which goes upto 3Ghz and i7-5960X has frequency of 3Ghz & goes upto 3.5Ghz. So although this xeon has higher cores & cache memory, its performance is below or almost upto the aforementioned i7 cpu & still it costs 160$ more. Just the no of cores does not decide the overall performance, although it is main constituent in deciding performance for multithreaded applications, but the frequency, cache also affects the performance.
