Got a Blue Screen "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"

I brought a laptop a few weeks ago......Its works fine..... Two weeks ago i got this message...[:(] DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE... I formatted lap four time...But still this blue screen is happend.. Is anyone have a solution or should i claim warranty...?

this bugcheck code indicated that a device did not respond to a sleep state change.
most often it is a device that is not waking up.

most of the time you will want to go to your laptop vendor site and update your outdated drivers for you laptop.
windows tells the driver to sleep, the driver tells the hardware to sleep.

most of the time the bug is in the driver and will be fixed with a driver update.
the bugcheck memory .dmp file on you machine would have the info as to the name of the driver
but it would not be bad to go pick up various updates from your vendors website
