Motherboard wont recognize my GPU

Hello guys i put my gpu today on my new motherboard http:// and i tried to install amd catalyst but im getting error about: installed package failure i tried a lot of things like uninstall the files of amd like "ATI" etc and tried again.. On device mannager first i saw an name Asus something and the Standar Vga so i uninstalled both of them but nothing changed plus on device mannager i cant see Asus something anymore! any suggestion? I updated the bios to the last version i change the setting on bios to PCIE from auto.. I own the radeon r9 280 strix OC edition with intel pentium g2130 and 600Watt PSU

So you have a new Motherboard. Have you reinstalled windows yet?

Yes i installed the windows again because i couldnt open the pc... now i have this issue...
