Is this worth it for the price?

Hello everyone, Just wanted some opinions on the price of this pc i am going to build and if its good for the amount im paying thanks.

With the PSU you have chosen I guess you are thinking about Sli in the future? If you are I just looked up the motherboard and it does not support Sli, this is the only thing that would stop you from Sli in the future so if you want that option you need to change the MB

can i change the motherboard without jeprodizing the whole components, And what does sli do and stand for?

Sli is NVidias' support of using multiple GPU's although the gpu's must be the same model, this is a way of getting more gpu power http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scalable_Link_Interface

All you need is a Z97 motherboard that supports sli. I am not well informed on good Z97 boards so will let someone else recommend you good choices.
