see amd cpus tend to run hot but offer low price....i prefer the i5 4690k build...since 5th gen of i5 has released...it is not worth purchasing 3rd gen i5...the gpu is same, ram and power supply...the only diffrence is cpu...remove amd because of its high temps as you are not getting after market cooler, the i5 4690k will not go under bottlenck and strickes a perfect balance...plz informs if you have queries...
cheers budy

I was kinda see which CPU was better but you told me which one. I will be be planning overclock the i5 4690K I'm just on a budget on the moment and I will buy a cooler later. Hey about the case do you think it can fit all this or do I need something different? Thanks mate.

All three use a GTX970 which is an excellent choice.
I think the third build, based on the i5-4690K is by far the best cpu choice.
But... Buy a Z97 based motherboard so you can overclock the "K".
A FX-8350 in a non contender in my opinion. Few games can use more than t2-3 cores , and the FX cores are slow.

I'm currently on a budget but maybe Black Friday I can get that Z97!

I unpicked it for you.
Asrock has a Z97 anniversary edition Z97 which will be about $100.
Sometimes M-ATX is cheaper and is nice for smaller cases.

If you can make me a build for around the same price I would happily agree.

For $60, I'd rather use a Rosewill Capstone 450W (Super Flower Golden Green) than an EVGA 600B (HEC/Compucase) to power that rig.

The peak power dissipation of an overclocked i5 and overclocked GTX970 and a smattering of the usual system components would be right about 450W. Quite honestly, I would trust the Capstone to run at it's label rating longer than I would trust the 600B to run at 75% of it's label rating. Not all wattage ratings are held to the same standard.

If you can find a Capstone, or Seasonic (or seasonic made XFX) 550W PSU for a few bucks more do that instead.

The requirements for the GTX 970 according to Nvida's website is 500W, and since i want to overlock I will be getting the 600B

The "500W" requirement listed for the GTX970 is there because nvidia knows there are plenty of 500-600W rated PSUs that are really only good for about 300-350W continuous power. The label rating on a PSU, and the usable continuous stable clean power are not always the same thing. Not all wattage ratings are created equal. Nvidia must cater to the lowest common denominator in this case. The Capstone certainly doesn't fall into the class of PSUs that their "requirement" has been established for.

Sudo-Geek amateurs buy electronic "stuff" like power supplies and stereos based on wattage ratings. Nvidia has to cater to that amateur mindset, because as long as this crowd exists, there will be overrated cheap power supplies available to full-fill that market demand cheap junk with big numbers on the label.
