Hello everyone,

I am in need of your valuable opinions in regards to an efficient and cheap GTX 770 SLI build.
This being said, one of the things I surely need to look after is a MOBO capable of dealing with both GPU's. My current specs are as follow:

Graphics

CardNVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Vendor EVGA Corporation# of cards1SLI / CrossFireOffMemory 2,048 MB
Core clock 1,111 MHz
Memory bus clock1,753 MHz

PROCESSOR

AMD FX-6300 Reported stock core clock 4,000 MHz
Maximum turbo core clock3,800 MHzPhysical / logical processors 1 / 6# of cores6PackageAM3+Manufacturing process32 nmTDP95 W

GENERAL

Operating system 64-bit Windows 7 (6.1.7600)
MotherboardGigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-78LMT-S2Memory8,192 MBModule 14,096 MB Corsair DDR3 @ 667 MHz Module 24,096 MB Corsair DDR3 @ 667 MHz Hard drive model320 GB WDC WD3200AAJS-56B4A0 ATA Device

POWER

Cooler Master 750W.

Any recommendation of a good and cheap mobo that does not cause any heating issues will be greatly appreciated. I know some card slots are a bit tied up in standard boards, which causes GPU'S to be close one from another overheating most of the times, the one below as there is no sufficient space in between them that would give it a breather literally.

In addition, as for GTX 770, any suggestions with good cards with solid coolers? I've had really bad experiences with EVGA coolers forcing me to replace them with aftermarket coolers, costing me more money in the long run.

Thank you again for your time.

Gigabyte Windforce coolers are the best, if EVGA fails (which surprises me) then get Gigabyte's Windforce cards.

Here's a good mobo:

A few extra tips:

1. Your FX-6300 will bottleneck twin gtx 770s, so I recommend getting a FX 8320 or higher when you can get it.
2. I recommend getting a GTX 970 instead, lower wattage (means lower heat also).
