hey guys ive been looking into getting a new Gpu. ive been wanting to upgrade to a bit higher end gpu something like the r9 280x. but i dont know what my limitations are with my psu.

I would hold out for info on the nividia gtx 960 unit and amd 285 card both are looking to run on less power then then there older brother.

I would get a GTX 760 or r9 270X. However, if you can wait then follow smorizios advice.

A 280x would be nice, but for $50 you can get a GTX970.

The 970 will use less power and create less noise. Better GPU, less noise, less heat, less power, all for $50...
