Hello. I'm trying to replace the cooling in my semi out of date PC. Im doing a slight upgrade from a radeon hd 4200 (integrated) to a gt 640 and a evga 430psu and would like to change the cpu fan and case fans as they are pretty loud when stressed. If anyone has any suggestions please fill me in. Been trying to find specs on fans and need some buying advice. Thanks so much in advance...

Specs:

HP p6331p
MOBO: H-RS880-UATX (ALOE)
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 630
12gb RAM
EVGA GT 640
EVGA 430w psu
CASE:Mid-size ATX
Height: 38.7 cm (15.23 inches)
Width: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches)
Length: 41.4 cm (16.29 inches)

Read that the case fan is 92mm? Any help would be much appreciated... Want to make sure everything fits in this case...

Fan noise comes from running fans at high rpm's.
92mm fans are bad, they need to run very fast and do not push much air.

My suggestion is to replace the case with one that is better ventilated in the first place.
Look for one with at least one 120mm intake fan(preferably two)
