I normally have the amd catalyst control center were i can go in to adjust my scaling options but i don't have that now i just seem to have the evolved gaming thing which i don't want.

Hope someone can help me with this issue.

Solution
well remove the driver as shown at the amd driver pages foot notes and reinstall

you say what driver you used or where it came from so it may not be a signed driver

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/what-is-a-signed-driver

for win 7.64

more info....

AMD Catalyst Control Center requires Microsoft .NET4 Framework. Windows Vista and Windows 7 users may need to install the Microsoft .NET4 Framework as a prerequisite to use Catalyst Control Center.

Since you're going from an older card to new I'd suggest using the AMD Cleanup Utility in Safe Mode.
After you completely remove all AMD products (that you no longer have) boot to Windows normally.

Now install the driver again.

When i rebooted my computer gaming evolved auto starts up and this notification popped up in bottom right saying i needed to update my driver i clicked that and downloaded the driver now the yellow sign has gone and this time i had no errors when the instillation was complete.

So hopefully now i have the correct driver and the up to date driver,

Is that evolved gaming thing ok to uninstall as i wont use it.
