Windows 7 computer in connected to our network with a cable. It's been online now all of a sudden will not connect to the internet. I've tried everything I can find on here. Also system restore doesn't work either. HELP!!!
Ok I forgot to say that it says it's connected. I managed to get Malwarebytes installed and it found a lot of bad stuff on it. I ran it twice. Also we use avast. I still can't get online but I'm trying the system restore again. When I diagnose it, it tells me You are already online. but the webpages can't be displayed. This is happening on all browsers; Chrome, IE and Firefox
