OS: Win 7
laptop: Dell vostro 1450

Can you start it in safe mode? could be your account

its working fine in safe mode but i need windows log in .....in safe mode with networking audio is not working..... tell me is there any another way to slove this issue............

it's ok.. sometimes it will happen like that... another issue, in safe mode with networking audio is not working .....

after you create a new user, don't use safe mode.
