built it about two months ago, ran swell, Took the panels off, took out the ram, and the graphics card. The back panel is hard to get on because of the wiring. I put them back in and turned it on but it started, stopped, and started. It was working fine until now. think i might have something touching the back of mobo.

Having a restart in the middle of the startup sequence is not that unusual of an event. I'm assuming you put the ram and graphics back in or where they replaced with new hardware. If the ram was replaced, that is a classic example of when the startup sequence will get interrupted. BIOS finds the ram frequency/timings/voltage settings, sets them and restarts the startup sequence with those settings.
If this has never occurred before and no hardware was replaced/added, it may be an indication of pending issues. Do you get a POST beep before the restart or does it restart before giving the POST beep?

Ram and graphics are the same, i was at school giving a presentation on it, just plugged into the wall and running without panels. Took ram and card out. Put them Back, everything is back. Turned it on and it stopped and started. I didn't have a display to it. And it wasn't giving a beep.

Haven't had a chance yet, don't know what it's doing because no display. I will when I get home. And reply back then and give an update.
