Hi all, I've got two i7 4770k's in two systems. Ones on an msi gd45, the other is on a gd65. The gd45 4770k has an H100i attached to it. The gd65 has a push pull coolermaster heat sink on it. Is it possible to remove the cups without detaching the cups from their respective coolers?

No, you need to take out the heatsink, then take out the chip.

So that would require new thermal paste?
