Hello,
I have a Swiftech H220 that is cooling my i5 4690k and right now my idle temps are extremely high, they have been wandering around 40 Celcius with a low of 29 C and a high of 56 C. They are usually in the high 20's low 30's when idle.
I am currently running my H220 at 100% load because I might have to RMA it since it was making a strange noise when under 25% load, the support at Swiftech told me to add some dish soap in the loop and keep it running for 2 hours at 100%. So I started that and then my idle temps went up. I was just wondering if the soap caused this somehow or is something else wrong?
Also, if anyone has some water cooling experience, do I have to bleed out the loop afterwards and put new coolant in?
Thank you for any help!
