Blue Screen / Physical memory dump error, recently my Foxconn GMX45 back panel USB ports stopped working & due to which i could not connect my keyboard or Mouse, hence i bought a 4 port PCI USB card and installed it and it was working for first 10 minutes, suddenly i got the blue screen / physical memory dump error message, after reading a lot of user issues relating to the same i found that their PC's restarting after blue screen, but mine just stays and i rebooted manually, now the PC runs and monitor is inactive mode and it doesn't come up and goes all black on me. couldn't even enter BIOS.

I tried checking hardware for loose connections, they seems fine, and if i remove the PCI USB card i am hoping it would work but if i do i wont be able to plug in keyboard and mouse where in and i cant do any thing other than seeing the CPU running, is there a way to fix it without taking the PCI USB card away, please help.

Indeed a Good article, yes most of them are proper, but i am willing to check one more time once i get to my PC shortly, also am stuck my not able to use by Case USB 3.0 ports as i don't have a compatible adapter wire to connect it to my Motherboard Usb 2.0 header yet, will try two things, will change the power supply and check, but i don't think that's an issue as the PSU was brand new and was working fine, might replug the PCI USB to a second PCI slot and check it that boots up and update back, thanks again

How could i effectively test a PSU, i don't have any tools and its a Cosair VS450 and the old one is a local but trusted one running for more than 6 years still going strong. will give it a try if the PC boots up in that, also in that article mentioned one of the motherboard standoff got stuck with the screw and currently leaning on to the mobo instead of the case, tried a lot but couldn't remove it, let me try removing it and check

dont you have a multi-meter? you could try borrowing from a friend(a multi meter or an PSU) just to test it wouldn't take an hour of testing.

also try testing your memory with memtest86. if all things failed...RMA you motherboard. just make sure that your memory and motherboard are compatible you can consult your manual of check foxxconn website for that.
