I never noticed till now under software there is no category for any office suites, maybe something to consider.

So sorry for posting here but it seemed like the only place.

I have someone who is trying to save a ppt file as a pdf in power point. They are using Office 2007. But when they try to save the ppt as a pdf the file saves, but when the pdf opens the slide graphic are there but no text or images are in the slides. I tried the same file on my computer running Office 2010, and had no problem. I found a pdf add-in from MS I tried to install but that did not work. I know that there has got to be some setting in Office I am missing, and google is no help.

Yes I know about all the free online ones, and yes some are good, but other only let you do a number or slides, some will put water marks on the slides. This feature has worked before on this computer in the past but I had to do a clean install of the OS a few weeks ago.

Is Office 2007 fully patched/up to date?
Is the compatibility pack installed?
