I have an i5 4670k overclocked at 4ghz along with an evo 212 cooler. I get around 55-57 max temps while gaming, never have max temps above 60. Are these ok?

Also I don't know if it matters but I used the stock thermal paste that came with the evo 212 and I might have put a little more thermal paste on than I should have? No way I can really tell how much I put on (I used the pea dot method).

Anyway, any input would be appreciated.

Yes, that's very normal for games on the 4670K. Temps are even okay if it goes up to 70C. I wouldn't lose sleep over this.

My i5 4670k is at 4.4 with 1.25 volts with the same cooler. Gaming the temps are somewhere in the mid to upper 60s - still acceptable.
