computer wont boot

my computer wont boot. i already try disconnecting and connecting everything. i already try swapping psu, my new psu works on my old computer, but my old PSU don't work on my new computer. my new mobo has a 8 pin cpu power and my old psu only have a 4 pin...

also my computer has been working for the last 3 weeks without a problem.

MOBO: Asrock extreme3
CPU:4690K
PSU:Antec 620c neo eco
memory: gskill ripjaws x 2133

Your PSU is probably fine. It is a good quality unit.

Does it boot at all? Fans spin for a second? Or completely dead, no signs of life?

Have you tried removing the power button and shorting the pins on the motherboard to boot the computer. Power button could have failed.

Sounds like a motherboard issue at this point.

bad RAM will not cause this. The computer will still turn on with bad or even no RAM.

what about the cpu. can the cpu cause this problems?

No the computer would power up still. Seeing NO power AT ALL usually means it is power or MB related. Nothing else.
